The facelifted luxury sedan sports a new 27-inch display as well as the usual styling tweaks
Genesis introduced the 2025 GV80 and GV80 Coupe at the Los Angeles Auto Show, and now they’ve taken the wraps off the facelifted G80 in Korea.
Looking instantly recognizable, the updated sedan embraces the idea of “Athletic Elegance” and sports a revised grille that is flanked by split lighting units with micro lens array technology. We can also see a sportier front bumper and 20-inch wheels that are “reminiscent of an aircraft propeller.”
The styling changes continue out back as the car adopts a new bumper and a hidden exhaust. Genesis also said the model will be available in ten colors including a new hue called Brooklyn Brown.

Besides the standard model, Genesis showed the facelifted G80 Sport. It’s distinguished by a unique front bumper with aggressive intakes. The car also appears to replicate the appearance of a dual exhaust system with V-shaped accents.

Some of the most noticeable changes occur inside as the G80 has been equipped with a new 27-inch OLED display, which combines a digital instrument cluster with an infotainment system. It replaces the previous displays, which measured 12.3- and 14.5 inches.
The changes extend beyond the display as the car has been equipped with a new dashboard and a “crystal-like” shifter. They’re joined by revised trim and a revamped center stack with new switchgear.
We’ll learn more later this month but, in the meantime, we’ll remind you the current model offers 2.5- and 3.5-liter engines with up to 375 hp (280 kW / 380 PS). The company also offers an electric variant with 282 miles (454 km) of range.
